Ordering

Do you offer digital proofs?

We sure do! If you would like to see a digital proof of your guest book before it goes into print, just email us within 2 hours of placing your order. All custom design purchases include up to three free revisions so you can be sure the final design is one you're truly happy with

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! We pride ourselves in getting books into production shortly after they're placed to meet our 72 hour shipping guarantee, but if you've placed an order with us within the last 2 hours, shoot us an email with your order number. If your book hasn't gone into print yet, we are more than happy to cancel

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday

Can I modify any of your designs?

As most of our designs are created in-house, we are more than happy to change certain elements or mix designs up- just shoot through your ideas and we'll get back to you with a digital proof if the changes are something we can accommodate.

Can I supply my own artwork or order a completely custom book?

We have many customers wanting their guest book to match their event stationary or have a specific artwork they want printed. We are more than happy to print completely custom designs, just keep in mind that to get high quality prints we need high-resolution artwork with a transparent background. Acceptable file formats are PDF, AI, EPS and PNG. To order, purchase our custom design guest book here

I waited until the last minute and i need to place an urgent order- can you get it out to me before my special event?

We aim to have all guest books printed and shipped within 72 hours. Often times we can prioritise and get orders out within 24 hours, but depending on how many orders we have in production, this isn't always possible. Please email us if you need your guest book urgently and we will do our best to accommodate

Shipping

What is the shipping policy and how long will it take?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. We aim to have all orders shipped within 3 business days. If you require a digital proof, this timeframe begins after the approval of your proof

What shipping providers do you use?

We use Australia Post for all domestic and international orders. Standard shipping may take between 2-5 business days to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation. Depending on your location, express shipping may take between 1-3 days.

Eff! My package was lost, stolen, or damaged!

Oh no! Please file a claim with Australia Post first, then contact us letting us know your order number and your Australia Post claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we're thrilled to share our guest books with customers worldwide. Please note that shipping times and fees vary depending on the destination and we are not responsible for any customs, duties or import fees

What's your return policy?

Each guest book is meticulously personalized with details such as names, event dates, and other distinctive elements that make it a one-of-a-kind keepsake. Given the highly personalized nature of our products, we, unfortunately, cannot offer returns. We encourage you to review and confirm all customization details at the time of purchase, ensuring that each element accurately reflects your vision.

How do you choose what materials to use?

Our guest books are hardcover bound with luxurious linen covers, providing a touch of timeless elegance. Linen, derived from the flax plant, is a durable and biodegradable material. It is known for its strength, longevity, and low environmental impact compared to other fabrics

What are you doing to be more sustainable?

Printed locally: Every single one of our guest books is printed on site in our Sydney studio. This decision was made with a deliberate focus on reducing our carbon footprint. By minimizing transportation-related emissions, we contribute to a more sustainable and localized production model.

Durable Design for Lifelong Memories: We believe in creating guest books that become lifelong keepsakes. Our durable designs are meticulously crafted to withstand the test of time, ensuring that your memories are preserved for generations. This commitment to durability not only enhances the longevity of your keepsake but also reduces the need for repairs, contributing to a more sustainable lifestyle.

Ecologi Partnership: As part of our dedication to environmental stewardship, we have partnered with Ecologi. For every guest book sold, we contribute to the planting of one tree through Ecologi's reforestation projects. This initiative helps offset our carbon footprint and supports global efforts in combating deforestation.

Recyclable Packaging: Beyond the guest book itself, we've extended our commitment to sustainability to our packaging. All materials used for packaging are carefully selected to be recyclable or compostable, further reducing the overall environmental impact of our products.

Printing Process: Our printing process is known for producing almost zero VOCs or other atmospheric pollutants
