As our products are customised, we do not offer returns for change of mind.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us on hello@evergreenlane.com.au for any return questions.

Exchanges

As our products are customised, we do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

If your item is deemed to be damaged upon arrival or incorrect, you will be given the choice of your order being remade or a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
